Useful answers.
Before the proposal.
Footprint, cost, access, setup, throughput, power, branding, safety, and nationwide production—answered in plain language.
01What is a glambot?+
A glambot is a robotic camera experience for live events. A programmed robot arm moves a high-speed camera around a guest while the guest performs a short pose or action. The footage is then played back in dramatic slow motion.
02What is included with a glambot rental?+
A Red Carpet Robot glambot rental includes the selected robot-camera system, trained onsite operators, motion programming, guest direction, high-speed capture, safety and venue planning, lighting coordination, playback, and the agreed branded content workflow.
03How much space does a glambot need?+
Robot Jr. typically needs an approximately 16 by 16 foot experience zone. Robot Max typically needs an approximately 20 by 24 foot production zone. Those dimensions account for more than the robot base: the safe camera path, guest mark, operator position, lighting, scenic, and surrounding flow all matter. We confirm the final footprint from your floor plan.
04How much does a glambot rental cost?+
Glambot rental pricing depends on the city, venue access, event schedule, selected robot, scenic and lighting scope, staffing, and content delivery plan. Send the date and city first; we will identify availability and the information needed for an accurate proposal.
05How long does setup take?+
Setup time changes with the system, venue path, dock or elevator access, scenic integration, lighting, and show schedule. We build the load-in and commissioning window into the production plan before contracting so the venue team knows what to expect.
06How many guests can use the glambot?+
Throughput depends on the programmed move, number of guests per take, direction time, retakes, and delivery workflow. Guest count and operating hours are reviewed during the inquiry so the experience can be designed around the real event schedule.
07Can glambot videos include event branding?+
Yes. Brand treatments can include campaign graphics, overlays, intro or outro moments, scenic direction, playback, and a delivery journey aligned with the event. The exact workflow is scoped before production.
08What power and venue access are required?+
The production generally uses standard 120 VAC power, with final requirements confirmed for the selected system and supporting equipment. A clear load-in path, suitable floor surface, venue access, and the approved operating footprint are also required.
09Is glambot rental available nationwide?+
Yes. Red Carpet Robot is headquartered in Las Vegas and produces glambot rentals nationwide. The robot, camera workflow, operators, and production plan travel as one coordinated service.
10Who operates the red carpet robot?+
Every activation is operated onsite by the Red Carpet Robot production team. This is not unattended equipment or a drop-off rental; trained people remain responsible for the programmed move, guest direction, and event execution.
