San Jose energy.
Red Carpet Robot discipline.

San Jose glambot rentals serve conferences, campus programs, product launches, and executive events across Silicon Valley. The production travels from Las Vegas with the selected robot, trained team, and content workflow planned as one system.

Technology events expect a polished experience and an efficient operating plan. We connect the physical activation to the content outcome from the first brief.

Useful answers.
Before the floor plan.

01Can you provide a glambot rental in San Jose?

Yes. We serve San Jose through our nationwide production model from Las Vegas, not a separate local office. The team coordinates equipment, trained operators, travel, venue planning, motion programming, and the content workflow.

02How much does a glambot rental in San Jose cost?

Robot Jr. is $15,000 per day and Robot Max is $20,000 per day. Daily rates are in USD. Your proposal confirms operating hours, travel, setup-day charges, staffing, branding, and other inclusions before booking.

03Which robot fits my venue?

Robot Jr. prefers approximately 16 by 16 feet; Robot Max prefers approximately 20 by 24 feet. Allow at least 6 feet of clearance from the robot arm in all directions. Preferred footprints are planning guides, not clearance guarantees; our production team approves the final camera path, guest mark, and operating zone.

04When should I arrange venue access?

Load-in, setup, and testing take place the day before your event. Please arrange venue access for that production day.

05How many guests can participate, and when do videos arrive?

Plan for approximately 30–100 guests per hour, depending on the camera move, guest direction, group size, and event flow. We confirm a realistic plan for your audience. Guest video delivery is planned within one minute of capture using the agreed onsite workflow. Connectivity and custom processing can affect timing; we confirm the delivery plan before the event.
